Classic Parts of America specializes in restoration and replacement parts for Classic Chevy and GMC Pickups, Camaro, Nova and Chevelle.  We have been in business for over 30 years and ship parts worldwide.           

Job Description: 

This is a call center position where you will be answering incoming calls.  This is a full-time customer service position.  The hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm and from 9 am to noon on Saturdays.

Job Duties: 

  • Take customer orders and catalog request by phone as needed.
  • Answer customer questions regarding product, order status, etc.
  • Process mail and fax orders.
  • Process refund and re-ship requests.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Computer and communication skills.
  • Basic telephone skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Regular attendance.
